Shipping & Returns
In-stock items ordered Monday-Friday by 3:30 pm PT are typically shipped the same day. We offer free in-store pickup and free shipping on standard delivery. Rush delivery available.
We use UPS for all shipments
If there is an error with your order or our payment processor alerts us of an issue, your shipment may be delayed. If your order is delayed we will call or email you within one business day.
SITECH Norcal's return policy is below. Freight charges will not be returned.
- Items returned in 30 days in new condition with all components and manufacturer's packaging
- Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee
- Items returned after 60 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee
- Items returned after 90 days are subject to negotiated settlement
SITECH Norcal will accept returned items that
- Were purchased from this site and include invoice number(s)
- Include all components and packaging
SITECH Norcal will reject any returned item that is incomplete or damaged.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any special circumstance will be dealt with on an individual basis with management. Freight will only be refunded if SITECH Norcal is at fault.
You have 10 days to collect or arrange shipment of any rejected return. SITECH Norcal assumes no responsibility for rejected items after 10 days.
This return policy only pertains to online purchases from this site (shop.sitechnorcal.com and shop.sitechoregon.com). In store, in person, and phone purchases are covered by their own polices. In any case, SITECH Norcal reserves the right to cancel or alter any portion of this policy without prior notice.
